Your attention. Your life. Your consciousness.

You decide whether you give your attention to a thought or not.

Your attention is part of your power. You do not think thoughts by chance. Your choice of your thoughts represents your unconscious desires. If your unconscious desires are in contradiction with your conscious desires then you may get mixed results.

When you give your attention to thoughts that do not give you solutions and only make you feel worse then you should ask yourself why it is happening.

Changing a person's attitude starts with changing thinking. Changing the thinking starts with changing the direction where your attention goes. To be able to decide consciously where your attentions goes it is necessary to know that you actually make a choice in each moment.  If you know that you always make a choice then you can consciously withdraw your attention from things that are not useful for you.

Why do many people are not capable of withdrawing their attention from thoughts that are negative and not useful? Because they have thinking addiction. They do not know that they have become slaves of negative thoughts. Their power, their consciousness has become a slave of negativity. But it is just the surface. In fact they choose in each moment. They choose where their attention goes. They choose their feelings. Their choose their direction of attraction. They choose their life.
