You choose your thoughts
It is easy to think (choose a thought that says) that negative thoughts are coming to you and you cannot do anything about it. If you choose a thought that says this, then this will be your reality.
What if you chose a thought that says: optimistic and positive thoughts are coming to me and make my day happier. You are responsible for your thoughts. You have the power to think what you want to think.
When a thought comes to your mind it is only a moment. In that moment it is you who decides whether you strengthen this thought or ignore it. If you choose to stregthen this thought it will attract to itself more similar thoughts and if those thoughts were negtive, you will feel more negative.
The important thing is to realise that you choose in every moment whether you give your attention to a specific thought or not.
