The Law of Attraction Formula - Part Three (Feelings)

Genuine good feelings mean that you are attracting into your life your desires. The big question is how to achieve those good feelings. If you pretend in a negative situation that you feel good then you only suppress the negative feelings. Suppressed negative feelings surely effect negative attraction.

Some common mistakes  people make when they try to apply the law of attraction (to name a few):

1. They try to suppress their negative feelings.
2. They pretend to be happy when in reality they are not happy.
3. They fake feelings.
4. They are emotionally unstable.
5. They copy unsuccessful problem solving patterns.
6. They copy negative emotional reactions to events.
7. They are wasting their time using the wrong strategies when applying the law of attraction.

Every one of these mistakes has negative consequences. When you suppress your negative feelings they become even more powerful. When you pretend to be happy you teach yourself to not to be in the present and not to pay attention to your feelings. When you fake feelings in course of time you will not be capable of feeling them genuinely. When you are emotionally unstable you allow other people to make you feel bad, When you copy unsuccssful problem solving patterns you make your problems worse. When you copy negative emotional reactions you attract more negative circumstances into your life. When you use the wrong strategies concerning the law of attraction, then you may make your situation even worse.

The biggest challenge when it comes to using the law of attraction deliberately is feeling inner peace genuinely. Because people who are living their dream life have this real inner peace and happiness. There is a big difference between imaginary and real happiness. The first step to achieve these genuine feelings of calm and harmony is to let go of the old negative feelings. Not suppressing them but processing them. Being in the present and be brave enough to feeling them if necessary. Courage is necessary to be able to feel those negative suppressed feelings. Being in the moment requires courage. When you are in the moment those thougths that generate negative feelings will try to catch your attention. And it is because you are afraid of them that you give your attention to them and not remain in the present. You incorrectly think that giving attention to those thoughts (that give you no solution to your problems) is the solution. This thought comes from the fear of feeling them.

It may seem to be complicated but in practice it is not complicated. When you are in the present moment and you stay focused in the moment the release of  a negative thought or feeling may last only for a short period of time.

To be able to feel the genuine inner calm and peace and happiness it is necessary to be open emotionally to allow yourself to be in the moment and feel really what you feel and not to suppress it. When you allow yourself to let go of the negative feelings then you may notice the wonderful spontaneous feelings that arise from apparently nowhere. But they do not arise from nowhere, they are born from your courage to withdraw your attention from the negativity.

Being aware of the fact that you give your attention to something and that causes the law of attraction to work, is crucial. Withdraw your attention from the negativity and genuine good feelings and inner peace  will be natural for you. And when it happens you have become the master of the law of attraction.
